We are a family run business, who have been buying and letting properties for over 6 years.
We first visited South Africa from the UK in the mid nineties after we heard of the many attractions that South Africa had to offer. We instantly fell in love with the country, the people, and the climate.
We started by buying our first house, Rottingdean, in our favourite area of Camps Bay. Mid 2005 we bought our second house, Chasbooth, in Camps Bay which we have renovated throughout. We have recently added our third property (Pearl Valley) in the wine region of Franshhoek which is situated on a prestigious golf course.
Our lets to date have generally been to holiday makers and feedback has been excellent.
